Most viewings can be arranged within 24 hours. For properties with flexible showing schedules, we can often accommodate same-day requests made before 2 PM. Contact us with the listing address and your preferred time, and we will confirm availability promptly.
Do I need to be pre-approved before viewing homes?
Pre-approval is not required for initial showings, but we strongly recommend it before making an offer. A pre-approval letter strengthens your position in negotiations and signals to sellers that you are a serious buyer. We partner with several local lenders who can provide same-day pre-approval decisions.
What does a complimentary market analysis include?
Our complimentary comparative market analysis (CMA) includes recent sale prices of similar homes in your neighborhood, current active listings, days-on-market trends, price-per-square-foot data, and an estimated market value range for your property. The report is typically delivered within 48 hours and includes a personalized consultation call with one of our agents.
What areas do you serve beyond Tallahassee?
